This place offers decently sized and affordable rooms with air conditioning, conveniently located near the village center, 7-Eleven, supermarkets, and the beach within a 2-minute walk.

Nice venue, wonderful location adjacent to restaurant as well as one minute walk to the beach, truly enjoyed our stay. It was huge, modest and with a fridge. The food we tried was fabulous and they have a wide array of meals to choose from;))

The accommodating staff was much appreciated.

Best staff and good sized and cheap rooms with TV and fan. A huge variety of goodies for breakfast. Private parking on-site provided. Late check-out available.

Very very friendly staff, helping with everything and smiling all the time. Clean, nice room, near the beach (1-2 minutes walking), nice location and very close to good restaurants and shops, but not noisy, we stayed for three nights instead of two, really liked it.

Very central location close to restaurants and the main beach. Standard king room had essentials like electric kettle and refrigerator. Amazingly nice and super friendly staff were the best part of the stay.

The staff were amazing, the family who run the guesthouse were so helpful and happy to help. The rooms were spacious and clean as were the shared bathrooms. The location was perfect, no complaints! I would definitely stay here again!

The location was great. It was only a few minutes from shops, restaurants and about 5 min from beach. It was on a main road but it was still very quite. No noise at night time. Although there is building going on next door, it wasn't that noisey. The rooms are spacious, good facilities and are cleaned daily. The beds are very big and comfy. Staff at reception are helpful. The kitchen facilities although very basic are really handy if you want to make your self some pasta or tea or even just cut up some fruit.

I booked the dorm room in this house, the room with 8 beds, is comfortable, the location of house is near the beach, about 2min by walking, and 5 min to the main town of saireen. the staff is nice, the boss of the house gave me a ride to another beach, he is a nice guy, friendly and easy going. would like to book the house next time in koh tao.

The weather was lovely during our stay and the location was great, conveniently within walking distance of all the places we wanted to visit, plus it was near a photo gallery.

It was near the beach and town. The atmosphere was good as i met a lot of friends there. There is a small bar were you can watch dvds and play computer games. The beds were clean and comfortable. The bathroom and showers were also clean. Must pay a deposit for the key but there is no problems with getting it back

I had a problem with the lock they gave me for my locker so make sure you have a lock.

Air con, clean dorms, and two showers and toilets (all seperate) for each 8 bed dorm. Space for bags and free lockers.

No communal area, the individual reading lights are great but not for everyone else in the dorm as the bulb protrudes too far from the recess.
